1. Acceptable Use Policy
By subscribing to DailyGupshup, you agree to deploy our AI sales assistants in accordance with local regulations and commercial messaging policies. Spamming, malicious scripts, and fraudulent customer tracking are strictly prohibited.
2. Subscriptions & Billing Quotas
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Each plan has defined usage limits (including active chat conversions, storage, and lead qualification lists). Excess usage fees may be applied if a plan quota is exceeded.
3. Service SLA & Limitation of Liability
We target a 99.9% uptime SLA for our core chatbot widgets. DailyGupshup is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures (e.g. OpenAI API limits, WhatsApp system downtime, or client hosting issues).
