Welcome to DailyGupshup. We are committed to protecting your business and client data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and process customer information when website visitors interact with chatbots deployed through our platform.
2. Third-Party AI Services & Subprocessors
To provide high-quality natural language processing, lead scoring, and customer service automation, our services interface with third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers. When chatbot sessions are active, ephemeral text blocks are securely routed to OpenAI (GPT-4o), Groq (Llama-3), and Sanchit Solutions' Aura Hub.
No Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is sold, traded, or used for model training by our third-party subprocessors. All data transfers are performed using industry-standard SSL encryption.
3. Data Ephemeral Processing & Encryption
Chat logs and lead qualifications are processed securely. Clients have control over strict retention limits, enabling logs to be stored ephemerally or archived securely inside our database for synchronizing to configured CRMs (such as Salesforce or HubSpot).
